Passionate about art and antiques, Roberto decided to change his life to fulfil his childhood dream. Settling in Monferrato (Piedmont), he built his new world in the heart of nature, centred around an old farmhouse. A new life full of intimate sensations and connections with the environment, but sometimes very rough. Alone or sometimes accompanied by young farmers in training, he lovingly cares for three cows and his herd of goats. Every day, he transforms the milk from the herd of goats into cheese, which he sells at local markets and restaurants.

The child Roberto has realized his “dream”, his success is all there !
